Belvedere... surely the band which motivated the creation of forus!!! Everything began in 2003, they were 5 (Michel, Stéphane, Marcy, Rémy and Sylvain), under another band name that we won't write here! haha! Except Remi, no one in the band had played an instrument before that... after a few sweating shows, they felt the need to record their work... "Start from zero" (2005) was recorded in three days at "Studio des Milans" in Ondres under the lead of Laurentx Etxemendy (Gojira's sound engineer)! One year later, Sylvain left the band, Michel tried to take the mic and succeeded as well! Now endorsed by a skate and surf brand (MADA) forus played more and more shows in fuller venues... 2006, the prestigious japanese label BELLS ON RECORDS (Belvedere, PMX, Straighten things out, Pendleton, Actionmen and more) signed Forus allowing them to be discovered by a larger skatecore community!
