The conference aims are to prepare members to enter Exchange stage of their AIESEC Experience, ensure that they link their personal goals with organization’s success they contribute to, know opportunities for development and start building their networks of contacts.
If you are future intern or CEEDer, if you wish to challenge yourself, then SPRING is what you are looking for!
Objectives of the conference:
- To understand Exchange Stage and its role in AIESEC eXPerience
- Get to know the whole exchange process step by step
- Get relevant cultural preparation
- Know how to capture current AIESEC eXPerience and set goals fort he future
